One Direction performs in BBC charity show with X-5s

Tuesday, December 16, 2014

Recently, One Direction performed live with their hit song 'Steal My Girl' on the BBC Children in Need charity show on the EastEasters soap opera settings in London. Rigged under the roof of and below the raised outdoor stage the X-5s created impressive strobe effects.

Earlier on, the successful boy band brought 30 x X-5 white LED strobes on their Take Me Home world tour. Production designer Paul Normandale then expressed his enthusiasm for the SGM strobes: “Although there is nothing wrong with the industry standard strobes when suddenly something like this comes along you have to sit up and take notice”.
