With the release of James Blake’s third dubstep-influenced album, The Colour in Anything, he has been on tour to promote it. After a successful US run, the tour returned to his homebase in the UK.
For the entire performance Blake and the other two musicians on stage played from individual square risers. “This stage set up makes it a dream to light,” Lighting Designer, Chris Bushell, states. “They don’t move around and it’s a great starting point to start developing looks. It eliminates tricky variables throughout the set.”
7 pcs. of Q-7s were present on the rig that illuminated the three structures from above.
