New Certified Technicians

Last week, our distributors from Colombia and Spain visited SGM HQ completing a line of technical training sessions. Thus, representatives from M&M Arkitechtonika in Colombia and Video Cine Import SA in Spain have now undergone comprehensive service training, preparing them for an intensive inspection on any issues regarding the SGM product line to ensure fast and accurate response to any incident. Each distributor is now able to function as an extension of the SGM Service Team in their respective local areas. 

SGM Service Manager, Magnus Faurby Jensen, was responsible for the training joined by Area Sales Manager and Product Trainer of both these countries, Ben Díaz. 

“These training sessions are very important in the educational process of our distributor network, and we have been very pleased with the dedication demonstrated by both M&M Arkitechtonika and Video Cine Import to ensure high-quality support in their local areas,” says Magnus Faurby Jensen. 

The technical product training is part of SGM’s International Training Academy, where sessions can be put together based on e.g. specific product groups. This particular seminar was related to P, Q, I and G series as well as the SixPack, Art-Net and pixel products, for which these certified technicians are now authorized to offer technical maintenance. 

Ben Díaz concludes: “A well-educated service team in close proximity to our clients is highly prioritized at SGM. When service is needed, it has to be quick, effective and as effortless for the client as possible. It is our mission to ensure exactly that.”
