Long-throw performance in a low-profile form
The i-6 POI is a single-head, compact LED luminaire that establishes a new benchmark for wall washing and accent lighting, thanks to its advanced optical design. With adjustable power consumption, and a weight of just 14.5 kg (31.9 lbs), the i-6 is a precise yet flexible tool for architectural lighting. The LEDs expected lifetime is 20,000 hours.

2.3º and 3.2º x 3.4º option
With a difference of just 1.9 degrees* between beam and field angle, the i-6 POI is the most accurate long-throw wash in the SGM portfolio. This narrow beam projection is the optimal solution t o avoid light spill. Combined with the other native beam angles of the SGM i, P and Q Series, the i-6 completes the wash fixture package as a precise, special-purpose luminaire.

Extremely bright whites
The i-6 White includes 57000K white LEDs which deliver an impressive punch, even in the most challenging conditions.

NextGen design platform with unique SGM technologies
Reliability is central to the design of the i-6 POI. With an IP66 rating, integrated dehumidifier via the SGM DryTech™ system, and a sealed IP67 base, the i-6 POI is a very durable fixture. Additionally, the i-6 POI features next-gen ThermalDrive™ management, a 5-year warranty, CX marine corrosion protection, and sensor monitoring over wireless RDM. Made in Denmark with premium components and extensive testing, the i-6 POI goes beyond high-quality manufacturing.

Full control via Studio Mode
The i-6 POI includes the powerful SGM Studio DMX Mode, expanding its capabilities through a number of advanced features. IP rating
The durable IP66-rating of the i-6 POI ensures that the unit is kept free from externally induced particles and liquids, such as smoke fluid, dust, dirt, airborne pollution, and humidity. It is ideal for outdoor applications, while being practically maintenance-free makes it a sustainable and long-lasting choice for indoor events and installations as well.

Dehumidification
The internal built-in dehumidifier protects this fixture from moisture, pollution and any other factors that can generate corrosion. The patented SGM dehumidification, not only removes humidity, but also prevents oxidation and condensation, while a gore-tex membrane equalizes internal pressure to prevent leaks. Thermal management
To achieve optimum performance of the LEDs at all times, this bright and accurate luminaire is optimized to manage heat impact through SGM's unique thermal management technology. The technology consists of a uniquely designed body and heat sink, which ensures optimal cooling of the LED chips. Additionally, the special aluminium alloy and surface treatment ensures maximum heat dispersion while the fan-assisted cooling ensures optimal performance at any time and under any conditions (such as variable temperatures, limited airflows, confined installation spaces, etc.).
Like all SGM products, the i-6 POI consists of SGM's superior thermal management technology and it is tested under extreme hot and cold conditions, which ensures that the LEDs always operate within safe parameters. Learn more about SGM thermal management.

Mounting options
The universal i-6 POI wash and flood light can be oriented in any position. M-10 bolts are included, which ensures the fixture can be securely mounted to a surface, protecting it from both vandalism and theft. The M-10 bolts are suitable for any kind of bracket and are included with all POI fixtures. Standard accessories include half and full anti-glare shields. Being fully RDM compatible, the i-6 POI is ideal for installation in non-accessible locations.

Included SGM technologies

ThermalDrive^TM
This thermal management techonology provides Advaced Temperature Control monitored via sensors and software, keeping optimal LED junction temperatures, and ensuring maximum reliability for long-term use. The ThermalDrive^TM system includes cutting-edge heat removal via passive thermal tecniques and active forced-air cooling (depending on the product), specifically designed to maintain LED efficiency while extending fixture's lifetime.

DryTech^TM
SGM's integrated patented Dehumidification process eliminates humidity and breaks down corrosive molecules deriving from polluted air to avoid destructive corrosion. Inbuilt dehumidifiers constantly remove trapped hydrogen from inside of the lighting fixture in a solid estate electrolytic process with no moving parts. The DryTech^TM procedure is also based on a Ingress Protection rating of 65 or 66 (depending on the fixture), intended as a full protection against dust and other particles, while ensuring protection against direct water jets.
