SGM US welcomes Doug Tuttrup as VP of Sales for Installs

The Director of SGM Lighting Inc (SGM North America), Filippo Frigeri, announces the appointment of Doug Tuttrup as VP of Sales for Installs to further develop the SGM brand and the business within the US Install and Architectural markets. The appointment will be effective May 29.

“Doug will be a major addition to our team and we are extremely happy to announce his appointment. The US market represents significant growth opportunities for SGM in the future, and Doug will be instrumental in implementing our growth strategy in the United States,” said Frigeri about the appointment of Doug Tuttrup.

Tuttrup has a Masters degree in Fine Arts with emphasis on Lighting Design and Technical Direction and a Bachelor of Science in Technical Theatre. His educational background combined with 24 years of hands-on experience in the lighting industry make him a valuable addition to SGM. In previous positions, Doug worked closely with key specifiers in themed entertainment, cruise ship, casino, theatrical, and architectural segments, as well as leading flagship projects worldwide as product manager.
